has purchased all assets of

“Analytic Pipe GmbH”,

and will continue with a new company

“Analytic Pipe ApS”,

effective from January 3. 2012.

All inspection services ranging from High Resolution caliper inspection, Multi Channel caliper inspection, Deep Sea applications and the innovative SPC crawler technology will be available.

The high quality inspection services and all engineering services, which are known from the past will be offered to clients from the premises in Denmark.

This step enable “TM Pipeline Service ApS” to widen out its line of services and allows us to offer a complete packaged of pipeline pre-commissioning services ranging from:

·         Hydrostatic testing and dewatering.
·         Pipeline Cleaning.
·         Inline Caliper Survey, both with Multi-channel and High resolution tools.
·         Electrical driven Self Propelled inline Caliper Crawler, with range up to 60 km.
·         Pipeline Drying, by using High Volume drying equipment, 15.000 m3/h per. Unit.
·         Nitrogen Purging, by using our new generation On-Site Nitrogen production unit,
      producing up to 2.000 m3/h and purity up to 99,98%.
